Description:
Come have fun and learn how to bake bread with the orphans from Shanghai Young Bakers!

Shanghai Young Bakers is a local charity that teaches orphaned teenagers how to bake bread, pastries, and desserts, so that they have a marketable skill once they turn 18.  The orphans will teach BEAN volunteers how to bake bread, giving them leadership skills and helping them learn to socialize with adults.  To learn more about Shanghai Young Bakers, you may visit www.shanghaiyoungbakers.com.

No Chinese skills are required, but kindly note that there is a minimum donation of 100 RMB (which covers expenses and a small donation to the orphans' program) for attending this event.
